Smile Is there a good program to clean paging file?

    Hello Friends,

Does anyone know of a program to clean the paging file? Like when I started my computer it has usually at 230/2178M, but later it remains at least 850, even if I close all my programs. If anyone having any suggestions regarding this, please share. I did not get any suggestion from my search so I think you will help me in this discussion forum.

    Thanks and Regards

    Default Manually clean Paging File

It should do automatically when your system reboot.

On some instllation we need to do following steps as...

    Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).

Change the data value of the ClearPageFileAtShutdown value in the following registry key to a value of 1:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Session Manager\Memory Management
If the value does not exist, add the following value:
    Value Name: ClearPageFileAtShutdown
    Value Type: REG_DWORD
    Value: 1

    finally restart the computer.
